Up And Running

The go-cart is officially up and running now. The kids could not be more excited. Caroline has asked to go for a ride everyday so far since Brett fixed it.  We have a great little grassy spot right next to our house to go for a spin. I am sure it will be put to good use. Thanks for fixing it dad.
Gunner's first ride.
Caroline's turn.

Again please.

Sibling Love

The past few days have been pretty cold around here, so we have been keeping ourselves busy indoors. The motorcycle has had quite a run lately. It melts my heart how much these two love eachother and enjoy playing together.

Don't be deceived, Gunner is laughing, not crying in this picture.

Happy Birthday Gunner

Our Gunner man turned 2 on December 2nd.  We decided to go with a fire truck theme this year if you can't tell by the cake. Gunner's birthday was on a Sunday and Brett was on call so we didn't go crazy with our celebrations, but I did try to make a good cake, although this one did not quite turn out as nice as I was hoping, Gunner was thrilled, so excited he could barely eat any dinner, he just wanted that cake. Gunner is such a sweet boy to have in our family. He copies everything Caroline does, literally, good or bad, loud or quite, he is doing it too. He loves his daddy so much. We can hear Brett's truck when he is coming home and you can bet Gunner is right by the door shouting Daddy! Daddy! He loves to play with his sister and he loves waffles for breakfast. He is usually a grump when he wakes up, just give him his waffle and he is all smiles and feeling much better. But do not bother him until then. He loves to be outside and go to the park and swing. Most of the time he is our wonderful boy and we are so happy he is our Gunner man.
The Cake
So excited.
Somehow cake always ends up all over.
Even when its not your birthday.
Daddy was showing Gunner how to go at it.

Gunner and his Grandparents

After many ups and downs Grandpa Foote is finally home from the hospital and we couldn't be more happy about it. Especially Gunner. He has always had a special bond with Grandpa. Visiting him in the hospital was hard with all the tubes and such so it was a treat to be able to climb right up and cuddle together with a good book.
And he may have squeezed in some Grandma time too. She was playing some beautiful piano music and Gunner decided he needed to join her.

Halloween

We didn't make it out on actual Halloween this year because some of us were sick but the kids had a great time at the ward trunk or treat.
Gunner the lion and Caroline as Snow White.
Caroline really enjoyed carving the pumpkin with dad. Once she realized she didn't actually have to eat the insides that is.
Very excited to put the pumpkin on the porch.
The finished product. A rocket pumpkin. Turned out pretty good I think.

Sunday Best

I love getting pictures of everyone looking nice before church. This Sunday happened to be the first really cold one here and the boys were able to break out their sweaters which puts a smile on my face so I had to snap a few of my good lookin' guys.
Then Dad got a few of the girls.
Caroline was trying to make me laugh.
And she was ready to go to church here.
I love my sweet family.

Baby Its Cold Outstide

A couple of weeks ago,we spent all our time playing outside, got all bundled up and ate soup and sipped on hot chocolate!! It was only about 50 degrees and only lasted for about two days but we ate it up. I love Fall. And we love being outside.

Smile

I have been wanting to get some cute, current pictures of the kids for a while now. In old town Burleson there are some really great spots to do photos. I love, love my kids and their sweet smiles. Although, it is hard to get them to smile simultaneously and look at the camera I do love the candids too.
My sweet girl.
Gunner is such a ham.
Caroline loves to spin in her dresses.
Handsome fellow.
Love these two.

LeeAnn's Wedding

LeeAnn's wedding was beautiful. The bride, the decorations, the company, everything was wonderful. It is always great to have family together. Especially when ours is so big it doesn't happen often. It went by too quick. Also hopefully I get copies of the pictures off my moms camera and can post those later because she took a bunch.
Uncle Dallin helping keep Gunner busy outside the temple while waiting for the newly sealed couple to come out. Love both of their sweet smiles in this picture.
Tanner, Anna, Caroline.
The kids were so hot, Gunner enjoyed cooling off by/in the fountains.
We attempted taking a few family pictures.
This one is my favorite even though the sun is super bright behind Caroline's face.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Fuller.
The kids thoroughly enjoyed dancing at the reception especially with the bride.

Labor Day

For Labor Day we went camping with Gord and Jenn's family to a great little place in Gilmer TX. It was loads of fun and super hot, hot, hot! Next time we go camping in the summer in Texas we will be renting a camper, not tenting it up.
Out on the lake.
Four wheelin' fun.
Love that smile.
Muscles.
Lets get in the water.
Time for some off roadin' in the bronco.
Gunner chased Izzie around all day long. He loves that dog.
